Our retreat is open to everyone, regardless of experience. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, we welcome all who wish to deepen their practice and connect with like-minded individuals.

You can enroll in the retreat if you:

  • Aged between 18 years to 75 years
  • Children, families, students and/or backpacker
  • No prior yoga asana or meditation experience is required
  • Planning to spend some time in nature and connect to your inner self
